Network Drives Disappear

Our company recently purchased 15 Dell GX620 desktops; we have noticed that
they seem to loose the network drives almost two or three times a day. And
the drives do not appear until the user logs off her station, and re-enters
the network. Has anyone else seen this before. The network card in
question is a BroadCom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller.
