I'm in a Pre Active Cancel state in ordering Sky BB. My line was LLUed to UKOnline. Two weeks after cancelling UkOnline, SamKnows reported that my line had reverted to BT. Now, a month later SamKnows reports that "The details you entered were invalid. Please enter a BT phone number and/or postcode and try again." Why would that be? -- dave @ stejonda dave @ stejonda |
