virgin mail problem

Anyone on the list who use Virgin and having problems with virgin email?

I have one particular email-list that I subscribe to, but am unable to get
any mail from them at all and wonder if the site could have been blocked.
Everyone else on the list seems to have no problem.

any comments/suggestions that might help?
