Default no TCP/IP on Windows ME please help

I am trying to set up TCP/IP but when I go into my network
control panel and select ADD and then Protocol, there is
no TCP/IP option. What is wrong? I have Windows ME.

Thank you! I was able to solve my problem by following the
steps that were in the link you gave me. I'm still in
shock that I actually got it to work!
