broadcast my webcam

I want to broadcast my webcam its view straight to the internet. I have a
Windows XP and a standard Webcam
1. Is it possible to accomplish that without using another server/service -
just with software installed in my PC?
2. Is there any site dealing with these stuff?

You could start with the web site of the manufacturer of your web cam.
Perhaps they have a support newsgroup somewhere. This newsgroup supports
Microsoft's Broadband Networking brand hardware and software only.
