When I boot my computer, the following message appears:
"Enter your network password for microsoft networking." By clicking OK, the message goes away and my desktop appears, but I would appear to get to my desktop without this annoying message. Any suggestions are appreciated. charles |

Go to Control Panel | Network and set the primary network logon to Windows Logon. Reboot, and log on with a user name and no password. It won't ask for a logon again. -- Best Wishes, Steve Winograd, MS-MVP (Windows Networking) Please post any reply as a follow-up message in the news group for everyone to see.
