Shut down problem w/ Rxmon9x and Rundll32

Default Shut down problem w/ Rxmon9x and Rundll32



My system stops shutdown and shows Rxmon9x and Rundll32
still running. Ending task does not cont shutdown. Must
reboot, then shutdown system. Any recommendations to fix
this problem?
