Windows ME, error loading EuPatch Wavetable sample set

While Windows Me is loading, I get 2 error messages,
#1 3Com EuSynth:Error loading EuPatch wavetable
sample set. 3Com EuSynth will be unavailable.

As soon I click on the ok button #2 pops up,

#2 3Com EuSynth:ADI/ICH hardware not present.
3Com EuSynth will be unavailable.

I belive it has to do with my 3Com 56K internal Fax Modem.
But believe the message is comming from Windows ME, Have
searched both 3Com and Microsofts support pages, and
can't figure it out.
