Error on Windows server 2003

Hello everyone!!!!!!!!,

I have installed one application called scanroutere V2 (Savin printer
software) on windows 2003 server.and since last three years i am using this
application to scan documents to a specific folder through savin scanner.

but since last three days i am not able to get scanned documents to its
properly assigned folders.
i uninstalled applicaiton, removed its content from registry but still i am
not able to connect to that application.

i tried to get support from savin and they told me it might be a windows
server registry problem.

i have checked event viewer and found the following error messages.....

source : Application Error
Type : Error
Event id : 1000
actual error discription.....
Faulting application DdsAdmin.exe, version 2.1.0.1022, faulting module
msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.3790.1830, fault address 0x00038efa.


can any one please let me know how can i remove this above mentioned error
from windows server 2003.
i think if this error is removed i can scan the documnets to proper assigned
folders.
