Default sky broadband website down?

Is the Sky Broadband portal down? www.skybroadband.com

Today I finally received what I think is a working password from them, but
the page just sits there loading and doesn't get anywhere.

IE7 on vista - just sits there trying to load
Firefox 2 on Vista - loads an error page saying the redirect is the wrong
address
IE6 on XP - just sits there trying to load

Damn.
Well I am certain it is a working password because it is no longer giving me
a login error. But it just won't load on both computers. I have tried
rebooting the router but to no avail.
Any ideas?

Clear your temp folder, browser history and temp Internet files. See if that
works.

Tried all that. Problem is on 2 different computers and two browsers. Very
odd.

All sorted hopefully by the end of the week.
I just called Sky support and they said for some reason the account had been
locked. I think its because they sent me out so many password resets due to
not receiving them that maybe the system closed itself.
They are going to reset my account and it should take 48 hours. Need to
login on the main sky.com page after 48 hours and change the password.

Well no its not free, I pay for it.
I know their email is unreliable, I am not even using it. I want to be able
to get into the portal so I can manage my account. I cannot even access the
help section without logging in.
Just because something may be cheap or free, does not mean it has to have
broken sections.

Beck, how is your Sky BB? I have had it for just over a week and the
connection is far from stable. Keeps dropping out, keep getting error code
300. Looks as though the router loses it's ip address (ip address under
router status is "--"). Rang tier 3 support who turned down the speed to
10.5mb. That seemed to help for a day then it started happening again.

Bloody thing is driving me nuts!
