The TCP/IP network transport is not installed

I installed NetGear USB network adaptor, then I start
getting "The TCP/IP network transport is not installed"
error and since then not able to access Internet. Tried
to find solution from internet. Some of them recomended
some software to fix Winsock but it didn't work for me.
I really appreciate if some one can help me in this
regards.

Well, you could try installing TCP/IP

ControlPanel/Network - Add Protocol TCP/IP
