ok i have a gateway notebook and the model is a MX6448 and the network it was
setup with is Broadcom 802.11g wireless LAN. the main problem is that it was working fine for about a month running off our also new netgear wireless router and then when our main office computer had to go in and get checked my laptop was fine still, but then i went to turn it off for a while and then once i started it up again it wouldnt connect wirelessy to our netgear. so then i called up comcast for some help they told me i had a problem with my drivers. i went in and checked and theres the broadcom with a yellow exclamation point on it like the comcast guy said. i checked further into this and it said that "it cannot start (code 10)". and then i used ma flash drive to update the drivers using the patches given off the gateway website. after that i checked and it still didnt work and then i saw that another part of the 3 broadcom 802.11g network aadapters wasnt working so its gotten even worse (2 of the 3 wont work now). so does anyone know how i could fix this my parents are getting tired of paying for computer stuff so i need help badly??? samich |

I suggest you post these details to the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web newsgroup where networking in general is supported. This newsgroup supports Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware and software products only. -- Chris H.
