Does ME support IRDP ? aka RFC 1256 ?

Windows 95 with the Winsock 2 update installed and
Windows 98 both support it by default. Windows NT4,
Windows 2K and Windows XP all support it after adding a
reg key.

I can't get it to work on ME. It doesn't work by
default, and there is no mention of a reg key to enable
it. Is it supported?
