symantec upgradation in lotus domino

i install symantec antivirus interprise edition
that i register and upgrade and now it showing u registered
sucessfully and the version licence
but in lotus notes the process of updating that is in
antivirus registration patch file which is send by symantec
not upgrading
the update licensing status is
wating the update file to complete
please guid me how i install that patch file and how i
change that massege which is trial version
