Default Linksys WAG54G Firmware

I've got a Linksys WAG54G V2 Router.

I've got a problem with configuration so thought I may update the firmware.

The US site shows no firmware available for this model but
www-uk.linksys.com refers to Annex A and seems to allow a download for
Annex A or B at http://tinyurl.com/3xecte

I've got no idea which I need, anyone got an idea please.

Look at the "Download version info. for this firmware" link further
down the page.

It seems to define Annex B models as 'E1 and DE' which may mean
something to you.

If you check the version info, on that page, it says that the Annex A is
English only firmware.
It is also available from ftp://ftp.linksys.com/international/firmware/
I have an original WAG54G and tend to use this site.

Wasn't 100% sure of the grammar in the explanation when I first read it,
I felt initially that the comma might have been meaning the earlier
versions which were English only firmware.

On rereading it now makes more sense.

Nothing obvious except a small sticker that has QC OK, the serial number
doesn't have E1 or DE anywhere in the numbers.

I had the same problem and eventually figured it out, but I don't remember
how - but the file you want is WAG54G v2-UK V 1.01.15, and I'm fairly sure
that's the A version.

Yes, used that one in the end and now the route is working fine though
strangely I had to alter the default channel, for some reason 11 was
very weak but tried 7 and 4 and now fine.

Thanks for all the advice everyone.
