Netgear wall plug adaptors

Anyone tried these?
http://www.netgear.co.uk/wallplugged...it_hdxb101.php any good?

What I'm struggling to figure out is how can they be 200mbps when they only
have 1 x 10/100 port?

100mbps out + 100mbps in = 200mbps
