I have a Win3K2 SBS server on 192.168.50.205 and I will be putting in a
Citrix Access Essentials (CAE) 1.5 server on 192.168.50.201 Presently I have OWA and AirSync (Exchange ActiveSync) configured to use port 443 on the Win2K3 via the NAT router. I only have one broadband (ADSL) connection. How do I best accommodate the CAE server that also requires port 443 (SSL)? TIA Maurice (E-Mail Removed) Maurice Bishop |

Either change the port for one application, either install a firewall that
can look into host headers and make difference between applications. -- Regards, Andrei Ungureanu www.eventid.net Test our new EventReader! http://www.altairtech.ca/eventreader...lt2.asp?ref=au "Maurice Bishop" <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message news:45bc8455$0$8717$(E-Mail Removed)... >I have a Win3K2 SBS server on 192.168.50.205 and I will be putting in a >Citrix Access Essentials (CAE) 1.5 server on 192.168.50.201 > > Presently I have OWA and AirSync (Exchange ActiveSync) configured to use > port 443 on the Win2K3 via the NAT router. > > I only have one broadband (ADSL) connection. > > How do I best accommodate the CAE server that also requires port 443 > (SSL)? > > TIA > > Maurice > (E-Mail Removed) > |

ISA Server could do that in most cases,..but with SSL you have the problem of
the Site Certificate. Only one Site Cert can be bound to a Listener and you can't have two Listeners in the same IP#/Port# combo,...so you need two listeners,...so you need two IP#/Port# combos. A Wildcard Cert may overcome that,...I don't know,...there are some situations where wild card certs won't work. That "cert stuff" isn't my "area". -- Phillip Windell [MCP, MVP, CCNA] www.wandtv.com The views expressed are my own (as annoying as they are), and not those of my employer or anyone else associated with me. ----------------------------------------------------- "Andrei Ungureanu [MVP]" <contact me via www.itboard.ro> wrote in message news:%(E-Mail Removed)... > Either change the port for one application, either install a firewall that can > look into host headers and make difference between applications. > > -- > Regards, > Andrei Ungureanu > www.eventid.net > Test our new EventReader! > http://www.altairtech.ca/eventreader...lt2.asp?ref=au > > "Maurice Bishop" <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message > news:45bc8455$0$8717$(E-Mail Removed)... >>I have a Win3K2 SBS server on 192.168.50.205 and I will be putting in a Citrix >>Access Essentials (CAE) 1.5 server on 192.168.50.201 >> >> Presently I have OWA and AirSync (Exchange ActiveSync) configured to use port >> 443 on the Win2K3 via the NAT router. >> >> I only have one broadband (ADSL) connection. >> >> How do I best accommodate the CAE server that also requires port 443 (SSL)? >> >> TIA >> >> Maurice >> (E-Mail Removed) >> > > |
