Default Help!

I have a 2 pc network running XP on 1 computer and ME on
the other. They are connected through a broadband router
which is connected to a cable modem. The XP computer can
access the shared files on the ME computer with no
problem. I can see and access both computers in My
Network Places on XP.
However I can only see the shared XP files from ME.
Can't access anything. I keep getting the message:

"\\....\my music is not accessible. Not logged on"

when I try to access the XP shared music folder.

The biggest frustration to this is that the XP computer
is on and logged on!! I have restarted this computer
many times and even assigned a password one of the users
to see if that would make a difference to the ME computer.

No difference whatsoever!!
Help!!

The problem is that you're not logging onto the ME computer. Is there
a logon prompt when Windows ME starts? If so, don't cancel it.
Complete the logon by entering a user name and, optionally, a
password. If there's no logon prompt, click Start | Log Off and log
back on. If that makes network access work properly, the most likely
fix is to go to this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\
Network\Real Mode Net

and delete the value named "AutoLogon", as shown here:
