Windows 2003 clustering

I want to set up admin alerts as we have a clustered environment and had a
issue where the server hangs and the cluster doesnt move as the heart beat of
the servers hasnt detected any issues

just want to find the best way using snmp to do this

Any help would be greatly appreciated
