I checked the source code. It doesn't appear to be a Windows OS error sting.

We figured out that a program called LaserTrak pro that is sending the error
message. After the Server 2003 service pack was installed, the error started. We thought that we had it fixed, but this morning, after users logged in again, they started getting the message again.
