.vxd files

I did a step-by-step startup of Windows 98. When it reached a step that load
vxd file, how can i stop one of the vxd file from loading as i encountered
problem if the system load a vsdata95.vxd file. It doesn't allow to surf net
or ping to network.

Uninstall your firewall software from Safe Mode.

could he also just let comp boot with error, close ZoneAlarm, delete the
files in the "internet logs" folder and reboot.
vsdata95.vxd error would poss mean Za's database loging files corupt?
