Default Home Networking

I have three puters ,one running XP Pro ,one XP Home and the last one running
XP Media Edditon. One is a laptop, we do have a wireless router and two are
connect with a eithernet line. My problem is that when I try to set up a
network I cannot access either computer. I get a message that tells me that
the admistrator won't allow access. I have went in and set everything to
allow file sharring. Before we got the laptop we networked with the two other
pc. Also we have Norton Anti Virous running on all. Can anyone help?
