Default turning networking off

When I boot up my computer, it asks me to enter my home
networking name and password. I want to disable this
function so I do not have to keep clicking it whenever I
start up mt computer.

Get a copy of TWEAKUI and use it to set your password.

Go to Control Panel | Network and set the primary network logon to
Windows Logon. Reboot, and log on with a user name and no password.
It won't ask for a logon again.

You must log on in order to access other computers on the network. In
most cases, it doesn't matter what user name you use. It's fine to
log on without a password.
