I'm not sure if anybody already posted a similar question,
so here it goes: Is it possible to directly connect two computers that have Windows Me and Windows NT on them? The Network Wizard in Me lets you make a floppy disk only for Win 95 and 98, so I don't know what to do. I have the Cat 5e Crossover cable. Is that all I need? Thank you!!! Joey |

Configure NT to be a member of a workgroup, not a domain, and set its workgroup name to the same name that the Me computer uses. This web page has information and links for NT networking: http://www.wown.com/articles_tutorials/Windows_NT/ -- Best Wishes, Steve Winograd, MS-MVP (Windows Networking) Please post any reply as a follow-up message in the news group for everyone to see. I'm sorry, but I don't answer questions addressed directly to me in E-mail or news groups.
