wireless network WME to WXP pro

I can connect my WME machine to the internet using
netgear wireless adapter and MR814 wireless router, but
cannot connect to my WXP machine to file and print share.

I think the problem is my WXP also does VPN connection to
work, and I think because of this there are some network
config items setup on the XP machine that I cannot set on
ME machine.

If I need them, I don't know how to add them to WME
machine. The config items on WXP machine are:

QoS packet scheduling, Deterministic Network Enhancer,
and Service Advertising protocol

When I added QoS packet scheduler to a WXP laptop, it
then could connect to the WXP desktop, so I think I need
that guy for WME. But its not available on the WME
machine ! Where/how do I get it there, or is there some
other thing I need to do the equivalent function ??
