Network Troubleshooting

The box Network adapter BOS TCP/IP over Twinax PCI (0001)
is not working properly, keeps popping up and now
microsoft excel folders along with others will not open
and the internet connection keeps popping up as well.
Please reply ASAP! Thanks Jason
