System Policies do not allow adding the selected device

Hi,

I have been trying to set up a small home network. It is between to
computers using a crossover cable. One is WinXP Home. This one is Win ME.

When trying to run the Network Wizard I eventually get this error message
"System policies do not allow adding the selected device."

The outcome is that I cannot get to the two computers to see each other.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
