There's no fax program built into Windows Me, but there are lots of
them available from Internet download sites like www.download.com .
Here's one program that I've used:

Mighty Fax
http://www.rkssoftware.com/mightyfax/overview.html

There might be a fax program on a CD that came with your computer's
modem.
