Default Need advice on purchasing licenses



Hello everyone, I was wondering someone can advise me what Windows 2003
components I will need to purchase to make this scenario possible (I'm
confused about Microsoft licensing):


I have about 50 computers with 50 users. I have one Windows 2000
server, strictly serving up accounting software. I have one Windows
2003 NAS box for every users to access, and I have 2 Windows 2003 NAS
boxes for backup purposes. I do not have Active directory. All the
users are local computer users with folders mapped to drive letters.

Now I want to do this:

1) Deploy brand new Windows 2003 Active directory on one server
machine.
2) Deploy brand new MS Exchange 2003 on another server machine.
3) Join all the old servers and clients mentioned above to the Active
directory.

The question is, what would be the best cost effective license purchase
do I need to make the above happen without affecting performance or
reliability? What licenses do I need (servers, CALS, etc), and how
many?

I've already looked at the Small Business Server 2003, but I don't like
the fact that I have to run all the applications in one server
(performance hit?), and also the fact that it's limited to 75 users
(our company may outgrow this in the next three years).

I would go with Win 2k3 Standard or Enterprise for the servers.

50 Win 2k3 CALs and 50 Exchange CALs.
