Backup Procedures

Hi,

What is the standard backup procedures for a windows file server?

Currently, I am doing full backups every few days but I am looking for a
more efficient way.

I was thinking of doing a full backup on Monday and do incremental backups
throughout the rest of the week and incase I need to restore, I just pop the
Full Backup tape and restore the incrementals backup one day at a time.
