I have a P4 2.4 CPU in my system.
when I install my network adaptor( Dialup adaptor /
Network adaptor), my windows restart and show this message:
"While Initializing device NDIS: Windows Protection Error.
You need to restart your computer."
I have this problem with all CPUs above 2GHZ such as 2.2
Celeron and with all kind of Mother boards.
How can I solve this problem.
