Migrated to sky broadband 5 weeks ago have been without broadband for the
whole 5 weeks. Can get no sense from sky they say its a BT problem. Who can I complain to or what can I do? bak1950 |

The fact that Sky may use BT is irrelevant as far as you are concerned. Your contract is with Sky, not BT. J |
