My Linksys WMP54G wireless-G PCI network adapter comes
with a utility where in we can see a connection or actually create a connection. Linksys calls it WLAN Monitor but everytime we run this application the screen just flashes. The utility is also part of the start up but doesn't also appear in the system tray upon start up. Please help!!! JB Campo Jaybee Campo |

I don't believe that utility is for XP. XP has built-in wireless settings.
You can verify this by contacting Linksys technical support. I believe you're referring to Wireless Zero Configuration Service of Windows XP. In Windows ME we use WLAN Monitor for Linksys for it doesn't have any built-in wireless utility. That WLAN Monitor from Linksys doesn't work with Windows ME. This might be unique case so if anyone has a solution for it please let me know. Thanks. >-----Original Message----- > >But my operating system is Windows ME and not XP. > >The device works fine with XP. > >Thanks. > >>-----Original Message----- >>I don't believe that utility is for XP.
