Win2003_R2 server loses dhcp scope options

Win2003_R2 server loses dhcp scope options

For some reason, one of my dhcp servers loses the dhcp scope options every
time I restart the server. I have to manually go in and add them everytime.
Anyone have any ideas about this one?
