Default sharing a printer in a wirless network

I set up a wireless home network.
Want to use the printer on the main desktop as
the "network printer". Cannot find instructions.
Grateful for assistance

On the main desktop computer, right click the printer and share it.

On the other computer, open the Printers folder, click Add Printer,
and follow the prompts to install a network printer.
