maximised window as default.

I like all of my programs to start maximised. Why wouldn't you?

The Windows default for a new shortcut seems to be "normal window". I know
how to manually change an individual shortcut. Is it possible to change the
default setting so that any new shortcut I make will always start
"maximised"?
