Any help would be apreciated Create a folder to share (or point to one already existing). Right-click it and select "Sharing...". Select "Share this folder", verify that you want to share the folder with the default name, otherwise change it. You could want to change share permissions but, for simplicity, for now leave them as they are. Select the Security tab and remove and clear the "Allow inheritable permissions..." flag. Remove any user or group present in the tab, excepting System and the Administrators group (if present, otherwise add them); add the user account to the list and give him the level of permissions he needs. Click "OK" and you have almost finished. Just verifiy from another PC that you can access the share on the server using the user's account. Regards, Carlo |
