Dear All,
I am in My network Have 200 Users & I need to give them this settings on the IP- Address :- IP: 192.168.1.8 SM: 255.255.255.0 GW: 90.0.0.1-metric ( Automatic ) DNS: 192.168.1.1 But i want to Add 2 IP Address on the Network Card which will optain the IP Address from THE DHCP , and i want to add also 2 Gateway, but one Gateway will be its matric as default & the Other one will be ( metric 2 ) . so my questions, how can i configure the DHCP to Broad cast 2 IP-Address & 2 Gateway from one scope ? I agree with Dennis' reply to your other thread with this same question (apparently this was posted twice?). If you need a backup gateway solution or routing fault tolerance, implement it at the router, and not at the client machines. Fault tolerance for your routing solution should be done at the router level. Medo, instead of using some website to post into these newsgroups, I would highly suggest for you to use Outlook Express for newsgroup access.
