Cant access 2003server sp1 shares

Hi ive just built up a 2003 sevrer domain controller its a secondary
controller and i need to share folders such as netlogon and profiles etc..
with non sp1 it worked fine, after aplying sp1 they no longer worked.
permissions are fine i even gave everyone full read write permissions on the
share and file/folder permissions.

What happens is you go to access the share say like \\pdc\profiles and it
comes up with a authentcation box (which it shouldnt as im on the domain and
should be using my loged on domain account ). So i try the domain
addminstrator account but not even that works. Even trying to access it from
itsself brings up the logon box and no local or domain account works.

From the looks of it theres some "security" feature enabled thats stoping
remote file access. This is not the 1st time ive had this on a 2003 sp1
server, last time i had to rebuild it and not install sp1.

Any ideas ? i cant find any local security settings that help

ok resolved.

what i did was disabled digital rights and rebooted
