Default Subnetting

hi guys,
i have to make some IP addressing and subnetting for 2 diferent projects and
i need ur help in them.

1st project:
=======
20 pc's in 2 diferent floors ( 10 pc in each) sharing the same server (1
server for both), same internet, same resources, but they shouldn't be able
to have access to each others, i'll be installing SBS premium, what should i
do in the active configuration, and in the subnet configuration, and how
things and configuration should be..

2nd project:
========
350 pc in 3 floors and 19 diferent rooms, sharing same server and internet,
each room should have it's own subnet and main pc, so what subnet should i
use and how to make these configuration.
plz help me with the best strategie

thanks in advance.

What do you have for infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)?

Project 1- Install a layer 3 switch (ie Cisco 3650 with advanced image) and
create 3 vlans, 2 for clients and one for servers. Create an ACL on the vlan
interfaces to block the other client vlan.

Project 2- Install a layer 3 switch (ie Cisco 4506) at the core to do your
vlan routing and install layer 2 switches (ie Cisco 2950) in the closets for
your 19 vlans.
