Would appreciate somebody help me do both.

Set up a contact using the hotmail account as the email address. Have the
(E-Mail Removed) account forward to the contact.

There is a page where you tell it to create an exchange email address, click
"modify" and enter the hotmail address.

Hi - this is a group for Windows server networking issues. Your question
would best be posted in microsoft.public.exchange.admin.

That said, assuming you already have Exchange set up to handle the domain
via recipient policy, you need to set up a *contact* in AD with the external
hotmail address. Then set the delivery options in the sales@.... mailbox to
forward a copy (with or without leaving a copy of the message in the
mailbox, as you choose) to the contact. You can then hide the contact from
the address list if you so desire, in its properties (Exchange Advanced
tab).
