Windows troubleshooting

Sir,
I am using windowsME. I setup it as a dial-up server. But i
am not able to connect it from another computer using
Windows 98. The modem is working perfectly. What steps
should I take to make this working? I need a detailed
solution as I think I am not perfect in setting up dial-up
connection.
