I have 4 computers connected to a ethernet network 2 with XP (printer sharing works ok) the WinMe and Win98 machines share the network but I can't get them to share the network printer at address: 192.168.1.100, any ideas? thanks |

How, exactly, are you trying to share the printer? I assume this printer has some sort of network device attached to it? I assume you load the required driver provided by the manufacturer of this device on to each and every PC that you want to communicate with this printer? And what does the documentation say with regards to the network card driver in the printer on creating a virtua; network printer port on each Win9x machine?
