I have a Networked system, windows ME, using DSL, trying to
share the internet connection with ICS. The computers
communicate fine with each other, ping tests reveal active
internet access from the client computer to web addresses,
however, when trying to open web pages in internet explorer
6, the pages wont load, sometimes they hang or go most of
the way and stop, not loading, and some pages do load. This
has been fustrating and there must be a reason why it is
doing this on the client computer. Please help!!!

If you are using PPPOE you may have to adjust your MTU setting.
Search Google for "pppoe mtu".
Or start here:

Bob , thanks for the information on DrTCP, I forgot about
packet fragmentation, since I used to use internet boost,
and no longer have it on my computers, but after reading
and using the program, everything works great, Host is
working better than before. I never realized how much the
MTU number affected the DSL speed, I was reading to Blast
out my ISP for giving me such a bad connection speed.
Kuddo's to you!!!!
