Default Getting rid of the login window...

I just got a secondhand computer with Win 98 on it. On startup a dialog box
pops-up asking for a login and password. I can just hit cancel and it starts
fine, but until I hit cancel nothing starts at all. It's just an annoyance,
but how do I get rid of that dialog box?

Hi, go to microsoft window 98 support web site and check out 'tweak UI'
(or just google it). It wont stop the box, but auto-complete and login
all-in-one.

Since you posted this to a networking newsgroup someone should tell you that
bypassing login, using cancel, .reg hacks or TweakUI, can and often does
foul up networking on a Win98 computer. Your not just logging into the
computer, your logging on to the network.
It works sporadically and fails eventually, forcing a reboot.

I think there is a simple solution to it, i had it ages ago, just
ticking a box somewhere like "this computer requires me to login"
Try googling groups on suitable words.
