How exactly do you access an ADSL modem? What does the accessing of the
modem allow you to do? <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message news:(E-Mail Removed) oups.com... > hello eveyone....well i m having a problem in accessing the ADSL modem > on lan using 192.168.1.1, i can access the ADSL modem at home having > only single pc...but at college i try to access the same modem....but i > m unable....firstly the http://192.168.1.1 shows number of options > opening a search engine website as: > > http://192.168.1.1:4040 > http://192.168.1.1:3465 > etc etc > > > kindly show me the way to do it correctly > > thank you > |

The PC u r tryint to access ur modem must to be in the sabe logic network of
the modem. Look for the proxy settings of ur browser. U must not use proxy to configure ur modem.
