I am runnning a site on my network and can only access this site by
entering the ip address of this computer. I can access this from out side by entering the website address. What do I need to change in the router settings to make it go to this site when I enter the web address on my local network. I've got a Netgear DG834 linked below. http://www.netgear.com/products/details/DG834.php Anyone able to help?? Tris |

I think you need to set up the IP address as a DMZ, but how you do this on
the router is beyond me. the_gnome "Tris" <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message news:42bfa8b7$(E-Mail Removed)... > I am runnning a site on my network and can only access this site by > entering the ip address of this computer. > > I can access this from out side by entering the website address. > > What do I need to change in the router settings to make it go to this > site when I enter the web address on my local network. > > I've got a Netgear DG834 linked below. > > http://www.netgear.com/products/details/DG834.php > > Anyone able to help?? |
