Default Netgear Dg834

I am runnning a site on my network and can only access this site by
entering the ip address of this computer.

I can access this from out side by entering the website address.

What do I need to change in the router settings to make it go to this
site when I enter the web address on my local network.

I've got a Netgear DG834 linked below.

Anyone able to help??

I think you need to set up the IP address as a DMZ, but how you do this on
the router is beyond me.
