Hi, I got my compex nettpassage 15B router back (had been repaired) and tried to connect to its standard IP-adress. They said, they tried this without any problem. I canīt connect, bat maybe its a problem I created, because at presend I connect to internet by another router and the one above is not the standard gateway (my pc has an IP-adresse (no dhcp working) and connects to the second router). Can this be, why I cannot connect because the standard-gateway is not the one of the router I got back? Hope somebody can tell, without I have to reconnect everything. Axel |

Hmmmm Let me see if I got this right, Your computer has 2 routers, internet connection on first and you are on 2nd. 1. router 1 must have seperate IP addy then router #2 (LAN) 2. The router with the Internet connection (WAN) has to have a gate way connection. 3. If you are a DYNAMIC addressing schem then you must have DHCP on on the router in order for it to assign an IP addy to your computer. 4.Both routers must have the same subnet mask IE 255.255.255.0 HTH K.K.
