Failing NFS, Internet, and more

Hi,

Here's a tip:

- NFS problems: tcpdump reports lots of "reply ERR 1448"
- Failing HTTP
- POP3 gets up to login, and not much more
- Ping to outside websites works, traceroute often fails to complete

Ik had all these problems. It turned out my switch was hung. After
powering it down, and then up again, all problems were gone.
