Default KERNEL PANIC! - 2xWAN 1xLAN

Hi!

I have a problem.
I have own a server Proliant 1600 with 2xPII350. I have installed a SuSE
10.0 with SMP support.
Additionally I have add 2 network cards from INTEL (pro100) and SHOREWALL.
When I setup routing on it - 1xWAN 1xLAN - it's working good.
But when I set that I have 2xWAN there was a problem.
The system works good for about 4-5 min, but after that I have received
information KERNEL PANIC- NOT SYNCING with a lot of debug messages.

Kernel version 2.6.13.

I thought that this is a problem with kernel settings, so I have
recompiled the kernel, setting some patches for squid marking. Nothing
change... Probably there is a problem with softirq????

Maybe someone have the same problem???

What I ought to do?

BRGDS

Mike
